KC Daya is the CEO of Clifton Blake, leading the firm’s private equity division and is at the forefront of driving growth across the entire enterprise. Transitioning from several years in the tech industry to over two decades in commercial real estate investment, KC has cultivated a diversified career covering acquisitions, asset management, development and capital structuring across major North American markets. Clifton Blake excels in developing and managing core urban Class A multifamily mixed-use assets and providing bridge financing to real estate developers and operators in Canada and the USA.
Prior to establishing Clifton Blake, KC worked within the acquisition and asset management groups at Morguard Investments and Brookfield. KC earned an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Strategic Management from the Schulich School of Business and a B.Sc. from McGill University. He is an Old Boy from Upper Canada College and is the Canadian Regional Champion for YPO Real Estate Network.
Wes Myles

Wes Myles is the CEO of CB Wilkinson and Co-Founder of Clifton Blake, leading the firm’s strategic initiatives in development, construction, and asset management. With over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, Wes has expertise in valuations, acquisitions, and private equity, with a focus on creating institutional-grade assets. Wes’s leadership has been key to Clifton Blake’s growth, ensuring the development of high-quality assets that align with the firm’s vision and long-term success.
Before co-founding Clifton Blake, Wes held senior roles at KPMG Real Estate, Slate Asset Management, and GE Capital. He earned an MBA in International Finance from the Schulich School of Business and completed the Advanced Management Development Program (AMDP) in Real Estate at Harvard University.
Gaetano Coscia
Partner
Gaetano Coscia is a Partner at Clifton Blake, where he plays a key role in driving the firm’s real estate investment strategy. With more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Gaetano brings deep expertise in asset management, mortgage origination, and acquisitions across major North American markets. At Clifton Blake, Gaetano leads the firm’s mortgage fund strategy, overseeing the sourcing and structuring of high-quality financing opportunities.
Before joining Clifton Blake, Gaetano held senior positions at Trez Capital, where he managed real estate finance and capital structuring. His industry knowledge and technical expertise allow him to identify and execute investments that align with Clifton Blake’s goals for growth and stability. Gaetano holds a B.Comm in Finance from Concordia University and continues to leverage his extensive industry relationships to support Clifton Blake’s long-term vision for success.

Peter retired from the Cadillac Fairview Corporation after a 26 year career, including 11 years as President and CEO, during which time he expanded the real estate investment platform beyond North America into the United Kingdom and South America.
Dr. Sidney Zucker
Chair, Mortgage Fund
Since 2015, Dr. Sidney Zucker has been the Chairman of the Clifton Blake Mortgage Fund. Prior to that, he owned and operated one of the largest and most successful dental practices in Canada, which he started in 1979.
Patrick Brigham
Advisor
Patrick was previously the President of Sunquest Vacations which he founded in 1972. Sunquest became Canada’s leading tour operator, launching countless international destinations for Canadians.
Byron Messier
Advisor
Byron was President and CEO of Continental Insurance Company in the early 1990s when the company was acquired by Fairfax Financial Holdings and renamed Lombard General Insurance Company. He continued to serve as President and CEO of Lombard Insurance until 2003. Today, Byron is also Managing Partner of Forstar Capital Ltd., a Toronto based private equity company.
